Data Deletion

Andrew Maxwell is committed to minimal data collection. Here's exactly what each app stores and how to remove it.

TimeStamp!

Available Now
What TimeStamp! Stores Solo and Daily games keep your photos on your device. Party Mode stores your display name, scores, and small thumbnails of the round's photos in a room on our server (Google Firebase) so the other players can see them. Game Center scores go to Apple if you opt in. No account is created.

Revoke Photo Access

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → TimeStamp! and set access to None. The app will no longer be able to read any photo data from your device.

Delete the App

Long-press the TimeStamp! icon on your home screen → Remove App → Delete App. This removes the app and all locally stored data (settings, cached scores) from your device.

Remove Game Center Data (Optional)

If you participated in the Daily Challenge leaderboard, your scores are stored by Apple under your Game Center account. To manage or delete this data, visit Settings → [Your Name] → Game Center and sign out, or contact Apple Support to remove Game Center data.

Party Mode Rooms

Thumbnails are replaced each round and deleted when the game ends, and rooms are deleted automatically once they're 6 hours old (latest app version). To delete a room's names, scores, and photos right away, email andrewgmaxwell123@gmail.com with the room code and we'll remove it.

Draftable

✓ Auto-deleted: rooms ~3 hours, polls within 30 days
What Draftable Stores Player names, draft picks, vote choices, and room data are stored temporarily in Firebase Realtime Database while a game is active. Game rooms are deleted automatically about 3 hours after they're created; poll results and votes are deleted within 30 days. No accounts are created.

Wait — Data Auto-Deletes

In most cases, you don't need to do anything. Game rooms (names, picks, categories) are deleted about 3 hours after the room was created, and poll results and votes within 30 days.

Request Immediate Deletion

If you need a specific game's data deleted sooner, email us at andrewgmaxwell123@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion — Draftable" and include the room code or poll link URL. We will delete it promptly.

Delete the App

Long-press the Draftable icon → Remove App → Delete App. Since Draftable stores no data locally beyond app state, deleting the app removes everything on-device. Any room or poll data in Firebase still expires on the schedule above.

Nametags

✓ Auto-deleted: 36 hours after a game goes quiet
What Nametags Stores While your crew plays, the game (player names, claims and scores, the first names and notes you log for people you meet, lock-in answers, optional photo proof, and optional notification tokens) is stored in Firebase Realtime Database. It's deleted once the game has been inactive for 36 hours. Your phone keeps a copy of the final results for the next-morning Debrief for up to 7 days. No accounts are created.

Wait: Data Auto-Deletes

Once a game has been inactive for 36 hours, it's deleted the next time anyone from that crew opens Nametags, along with its photos and notification tokens.

Request Immediate Deletion

Email andrewgmaxwell123@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion — Nametags", your crew name, and roughly when you played. This also works if someone logged you in their game and you want it removed. We'll delete it promptly.

Delete the App

Long-press the Nametags icon → Remove App → Delete App to remove everything stored on your phone, including saved Debriefs.

Fifty

Coming Soon
What Fifty Stores Your first name, a random ID, the groups you're in, the markets you open, and your picks (play money only: nothing in Fifty is real money) are stored in Google Firebase so your group can play together. If you allow notifications, a notification token is stored too. No accounts, emails, or payment details.

Sign Out and Reset

In Fifty, tap your avatar › Sign out and reset. This removes you from every group, deletes your notification token, and erases Fifty's data from your phone.

Request Full Deletion

To also remove your past picks and any markets about you, email andrewgmaxwell123@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion — Fifty" and your group's name. We'll delete it promptly.

Long-press the Fifty icon › Remove App › Delete App.
